The market resolves to YES if the Democratic candidate is declared the winner of the 2028 US Presidential Election by the Electoral College and/or official certification (as reported by AP, major news networks, or government sources) after the November 2028 vote. Primary resolution based on certified results and January 2029 inauguration. Resolves to NO if a Republican or other candidate wins. In case of legal challenges, resolution follows the final accepted outcome. Official sources will be cited at resolution time.
