It will be resolved using these rules: The market resolves to YES if the number of active US Supreme Court justices is increased to 10 or more through legislation signed into law or other valid constitutional process by December 31, 2029. Primary sources: official Congressional records and Supreme Court announcements. Resolves to NO if the court size remains at 9 or fewer.
