The market resolves to YES if the Republican candidate is declared the winner of the 2028 US Presidential Election by the Electoral College and/or official certification processes (for example, as reported by major outlets like AP, NYT, or official government sources) following the November 2028 election. Primary resolution source will be the certified election results and inauguration in January 2029. Resolves to NO if a Democratic or other-party candidate wins. In case of disputes or recounts, resolution follows the final certified outcome as accepted by Congress. Evidence from official sources will be provided at resolution time.
